Sabrina at reception was really nice and good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient and close to many attractions. Highly recommended.

The bathroom was cramped, with no separation between the shower and toilet even though Agoda showed separate areas. The walls were dirty, and there wasn’t a hair dryer in the room despite the listing saying one was provided. I was relieved I only stayed one night. The Agoda photos were very different from reality. I booked a Deluxe Queen Bed room for two, but the room they gave me was extremely small and not comfortable or suitable for two people. The pictures made it look spacious. I had specifically requested a window, but got a room without one. Why book early and pay in advance if my request is ignored? Very disappointing and misleading.

I only stayed one night, so I went ahead with the Standard Room they assigned, although I had booked a Deluxe Room for the extra space to pray. At checkout, I showed Sabrina my Agoda reservation after she asked about my experience. She got defensive and insisted I’d been given a room with a window, even though that wasn’t the room type I booked. When I pointed this out, she said I should have asked reception to change rooms. I wasn’t looking for compensation. I wanted the room assignment issue acknowledged so it could be improved for future guests. What disappointed me was that she didn’t apologize. A simple sorry goes a long way, whether it’s a budget or luxury hotel. 👎🏼

At checkout, Albert and Anina helped us. Earlier, when we reported that the toilet seat was cracked and the TV wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, Sofia patiently suggested moving rooms. She checked each available room carefully to make sure everything was in good condition before letting us switch. She was very patient and responsible. Thank you all!
