Room B3510 had what looked like bedbugs around the curtains when we checked in last night. We reported it right away, and the manager came to inspect. Instead of investigating or reassuring us, he said the hotel was new and acted as if bedbugs couldn’t be there. His reaction left us feeling blamed for bringing them in. We raised this in good faith because it concerns hygiene and guest health, but the response was dismissive and accusatory. It made us very uncomfortable and disappointed. Bedbugs need an urgent, professional response. Management should inspect Room B3510 and nearby rooms for pests, train staff to handle complaints properly, and avoid blaming guests without evidence. I hope they take this seriously and improve how they respond to hygiene concerns.

That room had a breathtaking view, and the bathroom was one of the biggest and most beautifully designed I’ve seen in a hotel. The city view from the pool was lovely too. It all made for an unforgettable stay at a truly luxurious hotel, with an outstanding experience throughout.

We had a huge, modern three-bedroom suite with stunning city views, and the pool was great, especially at night when the city looked lovely. The location is handy for both LRT and MRT stations. The only drawback was how busy the place gets: there are few lifts, so waits could be long. Still, that was a small hassle compared with how nice the rest of the complex was.

We spent two nights at The Face Style and loved it. The location is near everything, and we were impressed by the rooms, cleanliness, pool, views, and reception. The guy who helped with our luggage was great too. We’d give it 10 stars if we could. We’d read bad reviews and weren’t sure before booking, but once we arrived, we saw how good it was. Bravo, The Face Style, keep it up!
