It's a quiet, good place, but getting a ride has become a real hassle since the road changed to one way. Now you have to turn left before the tunnel, and the old turn from the main road after exiting the tunnel is gone. Rush hour is especially tough when it's raining.

The view over the golf course is fantastic, and the place itself is clean, quiet, and very nice. A Grab to Pavilion cost RM8 when I went outside peak hours.

It's rare to find a condo with such a great city view and an uninterrupted look over the golf course. Even in the city center it's quiet and breezy, and you can walk to TRX station. A real gem.

Air B&B is strictly prohibited here. If security or residents find you, they can invalidate your key card and lock you out immediately. The condo is isolated, and you can't cross the main road on foot. The only footbridge out has been removed, and traffic is extremely heavy. Don't use this condo as an Air B&B.

The greenery and trees around this condo make it feel peaceful, even though it's right in the city and golden triangle. Block B facing the Royal Selangor Golf Club is the best choice in my view, since those units avoid the main road and are quieter. Traffic has improved a lot; Jalan Tun Razak can still be congested at peak times, but it keeps moving. It's nothing like the traffic in Bangkok or Jakarta.
