Farid was a highlight of my stay. I saw him regularly, and he was always smiling, happy to chat, and ready to help. Everyone I dealt with gave fantastic service and made me comfortable. The KL Journey hotel is modern, very clean, and less than a five-minute walk from the central area, with easy drop-off and pick-up. I felt safe traveling solo, and the room, facilities, pool with city views, and pool bar with its wide selection were all brilliant. The food was tasty and varied, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a nice extra. I'd happily return and recommend it. Can't wait to come back one day! Thank you ☺️

We spent five days here as a family, and the friendly security team and helpful front desk staff made it an especially positive stay. Thanks to Evan, Farid, and Munira, and to Anamul from food service for the warm hospitality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service was excellent. They even decorated our room and arranged a surprise cake for my wife's birthday. The breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh, well-prepared choices for different tastes, and the complimentary tea time was a welcome extra. Nearby street food and restaurants made it easy to explore local cuisine. The pool was clean and cared for, though on the small side, and still a nice spot to relax. It's a highly recommendable 4-star hotel in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, and we'd recommend it to anyone visiting.

This time breakfast and afternoon snacks were included, and both were tasty and worth trying. I've stayed here before and love the hotel. It's close enough to walk to busy Bukit Bintang, while the immediate area stays peaceful. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful from reception to the person opening the door. Mohammed anomal went out of his way to make us feel special, and the coffee and tea he made were outstanding. The worker who cleaned our room, whose name I forgot to ask, was friendly and always did a good job. Everyone smiled and was lovely to talk to.

The staff were super friendly and helped with what we needed. Breakfast had everything we needed, and the gym is a small room with dumbbells and two cardio machines. The hotel was in good condition and sits in a central, party and artsy part of KL, so it's worth it if you want fun activities within walking distance. Renovations were happening during our stay, but the workers didn't work overnight and respected the hotel's calm atmosphere.
