It has a gym, a small pool, and just one tower, which makes the condo distinctive. The building is new and well placed for public transport, and you can walk to Intermark, Avenue K, or KLCC. The downside is being right next to the fire Bomba, so the sirens can be disruptive, even on weekend mornings.

The pool on the fifth floor is beautiful, and the building's amenities are brilliant. You may hear quite a bit of traffic, depending on which side of the building you're staying on.
