We arrived in Kuala Lumpur with no address or contact person, after trying repeatedly to reach the property through Trip.com and WhatsApp, including while I was on the flight. No one replied. Trip.com eventually got through to them, but the property falsely said we had already checked in while we were still in the air. They wouldn’t give a full refund. I have the proof and will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Avoid this property.

The apartment was old and unclean. The fridge and toilet were broken, and water was leaking. They didn’t provide the free coffee and tea promised in the description, and the room wasn’t cleaned daily. Be careful, the host’s pictures are old.

The host phoned to say there was a water leak in the room I’d booked and asked me to cancel. Yet I noticed that the same room was still advertised on the platform, now at a higher price. It made me wonder whether the situation had been manipulated. I’m posting this so others know, since asking guests to cancel in those circumstances feels unfair.

Imbi LRT station is right out front, and the location is excellent. The room is very spacious, though the sofa is stained and dirty.

The room was spacious and I liked it, with transport easy to reach. Most of the staff were okay, but one person at the counter was very rude to me.
