Villa Samadhi Kuala Lumpur

The rooms at Villa Samadhi Resort were clean, well cared for, and arranged to feel cozy and private. The whole place is quiet and soothing, with a lovely mix of nature and comfort that made it easy to unwind. As a UK citizen traveling abroad, I appreciated the calm atmosphere and thoughtful design. Pollob, Ariyan, Arif, and the rest of the staff were warm, polite, and attentive throughout my stay. They made sure I had what I needed with a smile. It was a memorable, comfortable place to recharge, and I’d happily recommend it.

Great spot if you just want to relax in the embassy district. It’s a bit out from the City centre, so getting to Petronas Towers means taking an Uber or walking about 20 minutes. I’d stay here again to chill, though I might pick somewhere more central if I wanted to explore the City.

The pool was the highlight of our six-night stay at Villa Samadhi, which we booked to celebrate our 40th birthdays. My wife and I expected a relaxing, comfortable resort and got that, with the team making the whole experience even better. Everyone was keen to help and nothing seemed like too much trouble. When we checked out, they offered without us asking to let us keep the room because our flight wasn’t until later that night. It felt like a Bali-style holiday in the middle of a big city. At RM1.4k a night, I didn’t feel this place was worth the price. The room felt outdated and poorly maintained, and the jacuzzi wasn’t warm at all. There was only one access card for two people, and the key and padlock setup was inconvenient. The lighting was awkward too, and the bathroom wasn’t properly covered, so a nearby house could definitely see us if they wanted. The roofing is completely destroyed, and breakfast was underwhelming in taste. In my opinion, the villa needs to renovate and update its facilities.
