The location made it easy to get around, with plenty of places to eat nearby and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Lot 10, and Fahrenheit88 all walkable. The room was compact but didn't feel too cramped, and its modern, cosy design worked for me. It had no windows, though, and after a while I lost track of whether it was day or night. TWG tea in the room was a nice touch, and everything was working, including the air conditioning. Check-in was quick, and the room was clean. The shower temperature was hard to manage and kept shifting, especially at night. I burned myself a few times, so I hope they address that. Check-out took longer than expected because staff had to inspect the room before letting guests leave. I had a comfortable stay at WOLO Kuala Lumpur, but with that shower issue I probably wouldn't pick it first next time. If you're staying around Bukit Bintang for the food and malls, be careful testing the water before getting in. It can take a while to settle and then change suddenly.

Mrs. Hasni deserves special credit for making our stay so good. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, and her professionalism really added to the experience. The hotel is lucky to have staff like her. From arrival onward, everything went smoothly and was handled professionally. Our room was spotless, nicely arranged, and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend it, and will definitely return.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, easily one of my best nights of sleep. The room was cosy, though I'd give it 7/10 because cleanliness needs work: there was visible grime around the toilet bowl cover, sink, and shower head rims. I also found the separate shower and toilet layout a bit inconvenient for my taste. The vanity lighting was dim, which made doing my makeup difficult. Elya was lovely at check-in, warm, polished, and accommodating. She got my room ready early so I could freshen up before lunch. Hasni also let me check out later so I could rest before going to my next destination, which I really appreciated. A pleasant stay at WOLO Kuala Lumpur overall.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view, and the facilities were clean and comfortable too. Staff were patient and friendly. You're right in the centre, so the main sights are easy to reach on foot, with restaurants, shops, and just about anything else nearby. A really good hotel for visiting Kuala Lumpur. I'd recommend it and stay again.

This was my second time at Wolo Hotel, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, almost like coming home with my friends. Mr. Hanif at reception was especially polite and helpful, and made the stay more comfortable and memorable. The room was nice and clean, with more than enough amenities for us. Thanks to him and all the staff. We'll definitely be back!
