The café’s food was really tasty, and the prices were surprisingly affordable. The kitchen staff deserve a thumbs up. From my room, I also had a lovely view of KLCC. I’ve stayed at Zecon Hotel several times, in the Studio, Junior Suite, and Executive Suite. Each room has been spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Mr. Azhar and the whole team have been wonderful hosts, making me feel welcome and going out of their way to help. It’s also a convenient place to stay for appointments or treatment at HUKM. The complimentary shuttle for UKM Specialist Centre patients makes the trip much less stressful, and the special long-stay rates are a big help for treatment budgets. I’d recommend it for a city break or a medical visit. The comfort and care are hard to beat.

Ms Anis and her team were responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout our event, and their support made a real difference in getting everything done smoothly. We hosted our 3-day medical symposium at Zecon Hotel Cheras, and the space worked very well for our sessions and discussions. The event area was spacious, and the auditorium was comfortable. Food was consistently good across all three days, and there was plenty of parking for participants and guests. I’d recommend it as a dependable, accommodating venue for conferences or medical events. The front desk team is friendly and greets us whenever we come in or head out, which makes the place feel welcoming. En. Azhar is especially warm, with a great smile and a positive attitude, and the counter service is smooth and efficient. One small suggestion: the bidet feels quite tight to use. A more flexible or DIY-style bidet would be more comfortable for guests.

Anis and Shahril were standout staff, and there’s ample parking. Zecon Hotel works well for events and business, with spacious, clean rooms and good facilities in most cases. There have also been reports of cleanliness problems and rude staff, so quality control needs attention.
