The toilet is my one concern. It’s separated with a full glass panel, which feels really uncomfortable when someone could see you using it to poop or Shu Shu. The rest of the stay was fine.

The rooftop pool’s reservation system was absurd. We couldn’t get in for three days. On arrival, they tried to put us in a much worse room than the one we’d paid for, then made us wait an hour for our room after a 20-hour journey. They finally gave it to us reluctantly. While cleaning, they stole 100 euros from our suitcase. The place is also incredibly far from the city center. The room was filthy, with cockroaches and cobwebs everywhere. Worst place ever.
