The room was nice and clean, including the bath, and it was very quiet. The keycard was another matter: my family suddenly couldn’t get into the room. My father asked the staff for help, and I think he said, “Sorry, we’ll fix it. Later at night we’ll give it back to you.” Staff need to pay more attention to the keycards.

This was the worst hotel for service, and the staff were unreasonable. It’s hard for Grab drivers to find, and it wasn’t a good place to stay. The room wasn’t clean, my bed had hair and stains, and the toilet smelled. There’s no privacy either: random people knock on the doors, and the hotel is so far from soundproof that you hear every single detail. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was tiny, with lots of mold behind the furniture, which was dirty from previous guests. The doors don’t block sound at all, so you hear neighbors snoring, talking or whatever, and smell smoke from their rooms. Smoking isn’t allowed, but staff did nothing about it. All the rooms we were offered were dirty, moldy and smelly when we asked to change. The price is too high for what you get, and I wouldn’t recommend it. One star for having a TV, and the other for staff being kind of friendly and helpful when we wanted to switch rooms.

The location is pleasant, but the staff member’s behavior was disappointing. While we were talking, they seemed to be playing Clash of Clans, which felt impolite when I just wanted to check in. They also gave me inaccurate information about room availability without checking it thoroughly.
