The laundry room came in handy during our nearly two-week trip, and I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. A few other guests seemed to want different dishes, but the food suited me. We arrived in Kuala Lumpur around 6:00 AM, well before the 2:00 PM check-in. The team answered my booking questions clearly and helpfully, and got our room ready by 8:00 AM after I asked for early check-in. That was a thoughtful start to a pleasant stay. Our room was tidy, had the essentials, and was comfortable. The hotel is right in the city and close to KLCC. Petronas Twin Towers, Aquaria KLCC, KLCC Park, and Jalan Alor food street are all within walking distance. Holiday Inn Express Kuala Lumpur is an easy recommendation for a visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Mr. Kabir Chapagoi made our stay memorable. He was welcoming and courteous from the moment we arrived, communicated well, and was always willing to help. He dealt with everything efficiently and showed genuine hospitality, making us feel respected and looked after. It's rare to find someone so attentive and dedicated to guest service. Mr. Kabir is a real asset to the hotel, and I hope his work is recognized. Thank you, and I highly recommend him.

The room isn't large, but it has enough space, a very comfortable bed and pillow, and dependable free wifi. Breakfast is included for all guests, which is a real plus. Check-in was welcoming and efficient, and the lobby is on the 1st floor. I found the bathroom setup unusual, with one door serving as both the bathroom door and shower booth door. For five nights, the stay was comfortable and uneventful. The location works well for a tight budget, near Bukit Bintang / Pavilion / KLCC area. It's at most a 3-star hotel, with a feel quite similar to Ibis. The quality is still there without all the extra luxury. Right next door are a 23 hours family mart, McDonald's, and a small supermarket. I'd absolutely stay here again.

We arrived around 1:00 AM after driving from Penang to Kuala Lumpur for nearly eight hours in heavy traffic, and we were exhausted. Hassan understood and kindly extended our check-out to 2:00 PM so we could get some much-needed rest. That small gesture made a huge difference and showed real care for guests. Thank you, Hassan, for the excellent service. We had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend the hotel.
