The location worked well, with a 7-11 across the road, mamak food nearby, and a hospital close by. The rooms were decent and clean, and the food was good. Their chicken chop is one of the best. I knew the place when it was called First Business Inn; it closed at the beginning of Covid.

The surroundings were pleasant and clean, though the staff didn't seem very friendly. It felt like they weren't ready to answer questions. I hope they get more training in customer service. Reception service just needs a bit of improvement.

The bathroom was okay, but the room felt dated, especially the old mattress and comforter. The hotel itself is very old, and there's no electric iron in the room. Fortunately, there's a dobi across the street where you can pay to use an iron. For the condition of the room, the rate doesn't feel worth it.

There was plenty of parking and security watching the cars, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice, though a bit cosy, and it lacked some basic facilities. Breakfast was included, but there were only two choices and just two drink options. Otherwise, it was okay.

This inn's only presentable place for lunch is its air-conditioned cafe. The shops outside aren't very appealing, and they don't have air conditioning.
