Savana Hotel & Serviced Apartments

I really enjoyed staying at Savana Hotel. It smelled lovely, was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I needed to get to the jetty, but Grab was taking too long, so a staff member kindly drove me there for free. I really appreciated that, it made my day. I also liked the books in the lobby. Oops, I accidentally took one home. Sorry about that! I'll return it the next time I come back. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely stay again. Thanks, Eril.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. I booked because its rating was higher than others and the comments praised the cleanliness and nice smell, but my experience didn't match those reviews. I called ahead because I would be checking in late, and the person on the phone said that was fine. When I arrived around 10:30 pm, the first room key from the front desk was for a room that hadn't been cleaned. It smelled bad, the bin was full of canned drinks, and the bed and everything else were left untidy. I asked for another room and got a new key, but the comforter had stains and looked very dirty. They said there wasn't a spare when I asked for a clean one, so we had to wait for yet another room. Eventually we got a new key for a room with a queen bed. We were grateful enough, since it was already late. The front desk person was very helpful, so thank you to him. I just wish management would take more care to make sure rooms are clean before handing them to guests. Thank you, Savana.

I came to Perlis for an event and stayed at Savana Hotel. For a mid-range place, it was a pleasant surprise, and the value for money is fantastic. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was sparkling clean, with good water pressure. The lobby felt modern and had a sweet scent, and everything looked clean and well maintained. It's also conveniently located. If you want a clean, comfortable hotel in Perlis that won't break the bank, Savana Hotel is a top choice. I'd definitely stay again.

The location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby and Borong Din AS supermarket just a few steps away. Kuala Perlis jetty is less than five minutes away. The staff were friendly, the interior was modern and stylish, and the room was clean and huge. I'd definitely consider staying again.
