In room 310, the bed, pillows, sheets, and room were clean, and I had a comfortable, quiet, peaceful rest. The water pressure was weak, though, making it hard to shower. There’s free guest parking, and the hotel is near Rompin Hospital and Pantai Hiburan.

The location was great, but the stay was disappointing and not worth what I paid. The room and bedsheet were dirty, with stains on the sheet, and the closet was old and worn. I had to prop the toilet door shut with a trash bin because it wouldn’t close or lock. The water pressure was very slow and there were no towels. Lighting was very dim along the pathway and even in the dining area, where the food was overpriced, unappetizing, and poorly served. The place needs proper maintenance.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place is great for a family vacation, with a private beach and a pool with a slide. Breakfast was the weak point. We got there around 8:30 a.m. and most of the food was gone; by the time we left at 9, nothing had been replenished. Don’t pay for an extra person, it isn’t worth it. Still, we’ll definitely come again.

It’s close to the beach and near enough to the park, and it feels like this could once have been a paradise. Now, though, the hotel is in disrepair, with damage everywhere and poor cleanliness. Breakfast is very basic and takes half an hour. There were hardly any guests, so it felt almost like a ghost hotel, just waiting for its inevitable closure.

The sunrise view is one of the best in Rompin, and it’s a peaceful place for early risers. The rate and room size were satisfying and good value. The other facilities were only okay.
