The air conditioning gets seriously cold, and the beachfront spot is close to the beach. Parking was easy and the lift was quick. Only thing missing is a swimming pool, hehe.

There were lots of ants, and it's near the grave. There was no water heater, and only the master bedroom had air conditioning. For the price, it wasn't worth it.

It's clean and right in the middle of BND, with lots of facilities provided.
