The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in right through to check-out. I stayed in the VIP Chalet, and it felt peaceful and private as soon as I walked in. The room was spacious, spotless, and nicely designed with a luxurious feel. The bed was very comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the facilities all felt premium. At night, the view and romantic atmosphere made the stay unforgettable. The online photos don’t really show how beautiful it is in person. It would suit a honeymoon, birthday, anniversary, or just a break from the city. This was one of my best staycation experiences, and booking the chalet was worth it. I’ll definitely return. 😍👍🏻

The room was very nice, and the buggy driver did an excellent job, clearly trying their best in difficult circumstances. The management service, though, was terrible. It was a public holiday, but they had only one buggy for the resort’s large grounds. After hours of tiring traffic from Kelantan, waiting ages for it because of poor planning was completely unacceptable.

The resort itself is beautiful, which is why I stayed four nights and even thought about coming back. But I had repeated disturbances, and some of my belongings went missing. At night the lights and kettle kept switching on by themselves, and I couldn’t sleep well. I don’t want to damage the resort’s reputation. I hope management takes this seriously and makes sure guests feel safe and comfortable.

The room was dirty and dusty, with strands of hair on the floor. The bed had bed bugs, and even the beanbag was covered in dust. The swimming pool water was murky and its floor felt oily. The gym was dusty and hadn’t been maintained.

Whenever something came up with the room, the staff dealt with it quickly and efficiently. I loved staying here, it was a great experience.
