The stay was uncomfortable from the heat, dust, smell, noise, and flooding. The house has useful facilities for cooking, doing laundry, and cleaning up, but getting a response from staff was slow. This is a self check-in place, and it smelled like a dusty warehouse. Only a few rooms have air conditioning. Even where a room has AC, the walls stop short at the top, so cool air escapes and heat comes in. Geckos sometimes get through those gaps too. When it rains, the room floods. I could also hear outside and neighbor noise.

There was no air conditioning, just a small wall fan, and no soundproofing. I could hear doors opening and closing all night. Then the power was cut in the morning. It felt like being stuck in a microwave.

There were plenty of problems: the walls between rooms didn't fully separate them, and there was no soundproofing. No staff were there to check me in, breakfast was only available from 9 to 10, and I was given the wrong room. Communication was completely muddled, and without an aircon remote, I couldn't use the air conditioning.

A great short-stay spot in the PJ area. Alam is such a good host, really polite and helpful with anything. Even after my boyfriend moved out, we still sometimes came back just to say hi.

It's a nice little place, and the simple rooms had what we needed. The bathrooms were mostly clean, though sometimes the drain had been left uncleaned. I'd probably stay again.
