Bidong View Resort

The resort has lots of space and plants, and I love sitting on the second-floor balcony. It’s also handy for hanging wet swimwear. The beach and sea are why I come back every year, and KT town is just a 20min drive away. This trip, the water pressure wasn’t great and the pump room made quite a bit of noise during the day. Still, the stay was okay.

The kids loved seeing rabbits, chickens, and ducks roaming around, and they had fun feeding the ducks from the extendible balcony. That balcony gave the room a unique touch. Reception staff were friendly and ready to help. We went in dec, and there was rubbish scattered on the grass by a few large green bins when we entered. Our spaceship room was moldy and musty, and the two spaceships took up so much of the room that there was little space to move. We paid rm50 to switch to a sea-view room with an extendible balcony. That room was alright, though its cleanliness could still be better. Breakfast was minimal, even if the buffet was cheap, so eating local food outside or getting takeaway seemed better. Our block was at the far end by the beach, and there was junk under the stairs. The main pool also needs cleaning.

The beach was easy to reach, clean, and had soft sand. The room was comfortable, with an ocean view, and sheep wandered around without bothering anyone. The large pool and other facilities were impressive, and my family and I had a great time. It was an okay experience. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, we had an amazing stay and enjoyed every moment.

We stayed in the Sunrise Horizon Room, and the view was spectacular. Having takeaway dinner on the balcony was lovely, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner. The staff were friendly, helpful, and well-trained. The big pool stays open until 10 pm, which is handy, but its water looked cloudy and not very clean. Breakfast choices were limited, and I expected more for what we paid. Still, it was a pleasant short getaway, especially with kids, though some things could be better.
