The location is great, right in central Kuala Terengganu, and Grabcar is easy to find for trips around the city. It's handy if you arrive late and only need somewhere to rest or shower before continuing your journey the next morning. Convenience stores and local restaurants are within a one-minute walk. I booked the most basic room on the first floor. If you want to stay or sleep comfortably, this isn't the place, so you'd be better off looking at other options in town. There's no lift. In my experience, both the shower and toilet had no water from 6:15 to 7:05 a.m., then the supply returned to normal. I was told this happens when occupancy is high and everyone tries to use the toilet or shower at the same time.

The location worked really well, near the bus station, mosques and malls. We were out most of the time, so the so-so room was fine. The receptionists were friendly and good, though one woman seemed a bit cranky. I’d recommend it.

The room was clean and the staff were really friendly. You can hear noise from outside pretty easily since the walls don’t block sound very well, but it was okay overall 👌🏼.

The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and when I asked to move rooms at the same price, they quickly told me what was available and moved me straight away. The new room was much better. My first room faced the main road, and I could hear pretty much everything outside, so it was hard to rest or fall asleep 😂. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The water from the dispenser tasted normal, and clinics, 7E and food places were within walking distance.

There isn’t a dedicated hotel parking area, so you have to choose from the public spaces available. The superior room didn’t have enough room for solat. It was clean, and the staff were friendly.
