During our 3D2N in unit B7-2, the homestay felt overpriced for such basic amenities. The unit smelled of cigarette smoke at check-in. I complained, but the owner/operator said it was beyond their control, which made me wonder why they rented out the unit. Only one lift was working for the whole block, and on our last day it broke down. The final night, one bedroom had no lights because of a short circuit. The pool was small for guests from two blocks, and they provided only one rubbish bag. The towels were car wash towels and not suitable for drying, the ironing board was in poor condition, and some light switches were ripped off and vandalised. Worst homestay I've stayed at in KT, not even worth a star.
