The staff were fine, the location worked, and parking was easy. The room and furniture felt old, though, and the room itself had a tired atmosphere. The air conditioner and fan made a rhythmic squeak. For RM120+, I got a small room without toilet tissue or a fridge. There was just one power socket, on the wall farthest from the bed. I wasn't sure whether the main entrance gets locked at night, which made sleeping a little worrying.

A good place to unwind or sleep, and the price is pretty reasonable. Food stalls are along the main road, less than a six-minute walk away. The setting has the feel of a modern kampung.

It's basic for an overnight stay. The location was alright and the staff were okay, and there’s a local rock melon field behind the homestay. But the room didn't feel clean: I could feel sand and dust under my bare feet, the sink was a bit dirty, and some facilities weren't working properly. No water filter, though they did provide two bottles of Coway water. The fridge worked, parking was limited, and there were lots of mosquitoes.

We only stayed one night, and it was a good stay overall. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, with restaurants all around and easy access in and out. The price was affordable and fair. There were mosquitoes, but surprisingly they didn't bite us. The bathroom was clean and had good water pressure, though it felt a little cramped. Everything else was fine.
