The house looks unusual from the outside and has a quiet, secluded feel, beside a small patch of forest but still fairly close to Kuala Terengganu's main attractions. Inside, there are lots of beds for a family with many kids, and every bedroom has its own bathroom. The living and dining area is spacious with a high ceiling. There's also a shallow pool for small children, with a fountain coming out of the wall. The biggest problem was the heat. The living and dining room had switches and plug points for air conditioners, but the owner still hasn't installed any despite earlier complaints. We opened all the doors and windows and were still sweating. My mom had to shower twice that evening, and the standing fan wasn't enough. I checked one bedroom's AC filter, and it had at least a month's worth of dust, like a carpet. There should be a floor mat at the entrance for kids coming in dripping wet from the pool. We had to use the extra towels, since there was no other option, and we didn't want anyone to slip. The pool water was cloudy too. I'm no pool expert, but I think it should be clear and may need chemicals or regular maintenance. The mattress in my room was uncomfortable because I could feel the springs. A topper would help, at least on the adult or queen mattress. The bench or table looked like it was starting to rot, so we were afraid to sit on it in case it broke. The stair handrails and other parts, like the outdoor rails by the pool, need repainting. If the air conditioning were installed and these issues fixed, a higher price would make sense. The comfort doesn't match the beautiful exterior right now. I hope the house is more comfortable in the future.
