Hotel O The Space Inn

It was cheap and basic, so I wasn't expecting much, but the room was dirty. There were dead bugs on the bed and stains on the linen, and the toilets and showers looked like they hadn't been cleaned. No toilet paper was replaced during our three-day stay. Check-in was supposed to be from 2pm to 10pm. We got there at 6pm and couldn't enter because no one was working. We called and texted but heard nothing for about half an hour. Eventually, we reached staff, who sent photos of check-in instructions because they'd "gone for dinner". The accommodation itself was basic, as expected for the low price, but it wasn't looked after.

The room had two single beds for two adults, and it was probably the smallest room I've ever stayed in. It only fit the beds, with barely any space, and there weren't enough hooks for towels or clothes. They didn't provide towels either. You have to pay an extra RM5 for one towel, which really sealed it for me. At this price, you can get a bigger, better room and service. I'll never stay at this hotel again. Reception service was only okay. We were told to check out after 9 because no one would be at the desk if we left earlier. Luckily, the staff member or owner, I presume, wasn't rude. Still, with a room like this, the price should come down. Please don't charge for towels unless customers ask for more than they need. Sorry, but I had to post this for other customers.

We stayed for one week and had a very bad experience. There was only one key for the room, and when we lost it, there were no other options for opening the door. We asked the staff, but they never came. Not recommended, and I won't visit again.

The separate shower rooms for men and women felt suitable for the local setting, and having space to wash clothes and hang them outside the window was handy. Mine dried in about an hour. I also appreciated the staff's help and hospitality. The capsule gave me my own space, and the bus terminal in K. Terengganu was only a ten-minute walk away.
