The front grill door had no lock and the handle on the front wooden door was broken. The water heater in bathroom 1 alternated between hot and cold, while the heater in bathroom 2 was too hot with no way to adjust it. The bathroom 2 tap was broken and its toilet seat was too small and uncomfortable. The master toilet was dirty and slippery, with a leaking sink. The floor was slippery too, maybe because it hadn't been mopped properly. I found about five small cockroaches in the master bedroom, and the blanket had yellow spots. The bed in room no.3 wobbled, many wallpapers were torn, and some dining table chairs were broken. For what we paid, it wasn't worth it. There was a lot of damage and cleanliness hadn't been maintained.
