The room itself was great, but the service was bad. Last night, drunk people filled the open pantry area and were very loud at midnight, so we couldn't sleep. We tried contacting management to get them to do something, but no one answered. Since it's an open space and it was late, we couldn't get help. They're not available 24/7 if something happens, and the next morning management didn't apologize. Please train the team to communicate properly and be available around the clock. It's a great place, but the staff need to be better.
8/10
It's affordable, easy to get to, and has free reserved parking. There's also a restaurant nearby.

A cozy, clean place with an easy check-in process. There's a shared space and a mini pantry too. It worked well for us travelling with our little one.

I've stayed here twice, for 15 nights altogether. It's in the city's most important district, and the place has everything you need while staying nice and calm. One of the best places to stay in KT, by far.
8/10
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the self check-in was easy and hassle-free. It's well equipped, with a locker box for the room keys and a shared pantry that sells hot and cold drinks at reasonable prices. Parking can be awkward since you might block another car or get blocked in.
