The apartment and rooms were clean, and it's six minutes from Teluk Chempedak. One room had an air conditioning issue, but a maintenance worker came and fixed it. I booked through WhatsApp, but the staff member wasn't very helpful and didn't explain check-in or check-out. You have to ask for the information. Agoda listed check-in as 2 pm, but on arrival the staff said it was actually 2:30 pm.

It's a peaceful place, with the beach and city center about 10 minutes away by car, roughly 3 to 4 km. The building looks old outside, but the rooms are well kept. A nice family stay, and the kids can use the swimming pool.

The house was really spacious, enough for up to eight people, and quite comfortable. I booked it online, which was much cheaper than walking in. It wasn't perfect, since my room had no air conditioning remote, but I had a comfortable stay. The pool is open from 7 am to 7 pm and anyone can use it.

The apartment was clean, including the kitchen, and the price was reasonable. It had two bathrooms, air conditioning, a nice hill view, a good swimming pool with a children's section, and a playground. The underground parking spaces are small. The air conditioning malfunctioned around midnight.
