Super OYO Capital O 90556 Hotel Cherita Rooms

Free parking was easy to find, and the hotel is close to town. The room looked just like the photos, smelled lovely, and was clean and comfortable, including the bathroom. The front desk staff were really friendly and happy to answer questions. Very nice place, highly recommended. I'll come back. Thank you.

The room looked nothing like the photos on Agoda, and the toilet was disgusting. I won't be back. I had paid the full amount online when booking through Agoda, but at check-in the staff said I'd paid too little and demanded another MYR40. They said I couldn't check in unless I paid, or I'd have to cancel with Agoda. It was already late and finding another room at the last minute seemed very difficult, so I felt forced to pay.

The room was reasonable for the price, and online booking is available. But I arrived at 3pm and had to wait another half hour to check in because my room was still being prepared. Checkout is at 12, so why was the cleaning so late? The service was quite slow.

The room they gave me didn't match the app advertisement, which was a very disappointing first impression. The bed surface was broken, the WC smelled bad, and there were no TV channels because it was under maintenance. I wasn't comfortable at all.
