This hotel was really bad. I checked in in the middle of the night and didn’t shower or test the bathroom water heater then. The next evening, after work, I went to shower and there was no hot water at all. I told the front desk but got no response, and they still charged the usual amount. They didn’t move me to another room. A really bad experience.

The room was small but enough for us, and the secure entrance made us feel safe the whole stay. It’s about a 10-minute drive from Teluk Cempedak. I don’t think it works well for wheelchair users, though, since the rooms are quite high up on levels 1 and 2.

At 6am, the smell of cigarette smoke is your alarm. You’ll also get really annoyed by the sound of water running from other rooms. If you have another choice, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was comfortable and nice, but it smelled of cigarettes. They allow smoking in the room, judging by the ashtray provided there.

The bed was comfortable and clean, and the shower head was good. The aircon worked well, though it was dirty, as I could see after cleaning it a bit. The view was an average back alley. There’s no elevator or free parking, and the receptionist wasn’t smiling.
