I booked nearly two months in advance, but the staff gave the place to other customers. The owner or staff kept talking in circles, and I got none of the consideration I’d hoped for. The pictures showed a river, but there was nothing like that. I wouldn't recommend this place. Should I make it go viral?

A lovely place for a family gathering, surrounded by nature. It’s near sungai lembing, where you can hike up sunrise hill.

For an OYO hotel, this is at the top end. The rooms are huge and clean, with loads of space, and you can park right outside your door. It’s great value, beside the river for a cool dip, with two food places right next door. Sungai Lembing centre is only a five-minute drive away, and the internet was fast and reliable. Staff were flexible about giving me an extra 30 minutes for checkout so I could return from the morning waterfall tour first.

A cosy, spacious room in a handy spot near pasir puteri and the hanging bridges, great if you’re looking for nature. There’s lots of parking, and a food stall right outside, so meals aren't a worry even though breakfast isn’t provided. The staff were helpful when we checked in late at night. I’m planning to return and try more activities nearby, like jungle tracking to see the rainbow waterfall.

I was seriously surprised by how big and new the room was, and how well equipped it was. The mattress was comfy, the staff were friendly, and the big fish tank was a nice attraction. Great value for the price. If you’re driving, the location is good. Public transport is okay with bus 500 and an eight-minute walk. The sunrise hike adds another 2 km.
