The owner is very friendly, and this is a family-run place. There are 11 rooms in the homestay, which is quite large and clean. Each room has its own toilet, and the rooms are clean. Facilities include a TV, hair dryer, water filter, Wi-Fi, AC, tissue paper, shower cream, and a water heater. It's easy to get to restaurants, and there's a basketball court nearby. For a short vacation, it's worth the price. A room for four people is RM90, and one for three people is Rm70.

The housekeeper was friendly and helpful, and both the room and toilet were very clean. They supplied a hair dryer, shower liquid, and a bar of soap, which I used when bathing. I liked the biggest room, and the price was very affordable.

The place was clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the aircon worked extremely well. Boiled drinking water comes straight from the tap. The shower could be stronger, but otherwise I have no complaints.

I visited Kuantan from Australia not long ago. This was the cheapest homestay I could find, and it was clean and tidy. It works well for families or large groups visiting Kuantan.
