The stay was uncomfortable. There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, the heater pipe was leaking and in poor condition, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly.

A good place to stay and rest, with quite spacious rooms even when booking a single. The staff were very friendly. Nice extra touch that they include a prayer mat in the room. I’ll definitely be back.

For a 2-star hotel, it was about what I expected. The room was small, with just enough room to move around, though the four-person family room had space to pray. Cleanliness was acceptable, and the toilet was clean and fairly spacious. The water heater worked well, even if the sink was small. There was an internet TV, strong stable free WiFi, and pass card access to the first-floor rooms, which was good for security. The bedding could be better because the mattress was quite hard. The room’s dull moss green, maybe brown, paint made it feel cramped. There were no coffee-making facilities, so no cups or drinking glasses either.

It’s very cheap for the price. I stayed three days and two nights, and it was just a normal budget hotel, nothing much to impress. Bring your own hairdryer, since they don’t provide one. Towels are supplied, there’s a place to iron shirts, and you can buy ready-to-drink beverages in the lobby. Don’t expect too much. If you want more, pay more for a higher-star hotel. It’s close to 7-E, a supermarket, food stalls, restaurants, and clinics. The nearest beach is about 6 km away. Don’t trust Google Maps when it says Pantai Sepat is the nearest beach, it’s wrong. I went there. Go to another beach about 6 km from the hotel instead, so you don’t waste gas. It’s freakin expensive these days.
