Really disappointing service. We booked three rooms and had to switch rooms three times because of AC problems. They should check the AC before letting guests in. Checkout was supposed to be at 12pm, but they blocked our access cards at 11am. The cleaning was poor too. I had to go down to reception myself to ask for toiletries and towels, and all they could say was, “Sorry, we forgot.” The comforters and bedsheets were stained.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the family room was fairly spacious. The hotel itself was okay, and the staff were fine. Just remember that parking needs coupons.

The bathroom floor was too slippery, and the lighting needs changing. Apart from those things, it was okay.

They simply took money from the customer's debit card. Ridiculous service.
