Pantai Regal Hotel

I was here for work, not a holiday, and I just wanted to shower and rest. Instead, the water pressure problem made things extremely frustrating. I stayed almost three days, reported it three times, and they still couldn't fix it. Nobody told customers about the issue early, and when I asked, the staff didn't know what was happening. They kept repeating the same answer and giving false hope that it would be fine later. I have no idea what the receptionist was doing. The staff aren't capable, and management doesn't care about essential matters. Useless hotel. Definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone planning a vacation.

We booked two rooms, and both had the same problems. The water was so slow and the pressure was horrible, so I couldn't even have a proper bath or wash my face. The toilet and floor were very dirty. The bedsheets were yellowish and dusty, and didn't look like they'd been changed. I couldn't sleep well because the toilet door kept making noise 😴. Expensive compared with other places, with no value for money or service.

The room had a basic setup, including a shower water heater. There was no electric kettle, and for ironing clothes you have to go to the 1st floor, where the iron is in the Surau.

We slept well during our one-night stay, and the room was clean and had the essentials. But when I tried the lobby water dispenser at checkout, I found more than five ants swimming in my bottle. I told the receptionist about it.
