Serene Studio Imperium Residence Kuantan

The few grill seafood restaurants across the road are a plus, though they're too crowded on weekends. I've stayed here several times, and the place has become quite rundown. Our Level 17 unit faced the sunrise and had a sea view, but the morning sun made it extremely hot. The air conditioning barely worked, and the room was very stuffy at night.

The balcony views are worth recommending, but we expected a much better stay for what we paid. The charge was quite high. The bathroom didn't work properly, the bed was poor quality, and the fridge was in bad shape with its freezer door missing. Even so, the experience was good overall.

The sea-view room had a balcony where we could watch the sunrise, and its electrical appliances all worked perfectly. Parking was right outside our door, so getting to the car and moving our belongings was easy. In the city-view room, the night skyline was breathtaking, but its air conditioner didn't cool at all. Luckily, the smart fan in the middle of the room worked well enough. Water also drained very slowly after a bath. Both rooms were impressively clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. Despite those small problems, it was a great visit and I'd most likely return.

That sunrise from the studio apartment was so beautiful! The residence has a magnificent view, and I liked the room design and furniture too.
