I enjoyed watching Netflix at night, and the facilities were good, especially the hairdryer. The bathroom was clean, though it could use a deeper clean. I stayed in a standard room; it was nice but small, and not comfortable for praying. The guest house itself was comfy, but the receptionist could be friendlier. Parking is limited, so I'd give it three stars.

Check-in was quick, but there were several problems in the room. The floor felt sticky, the mattress was old even though the bed was clean, and the sink was clogged. Drinks left by the previous occupant had spoiled and smelled bad, and there was no room spray to help with the odor. The water heater also didn't work.

If you only need a private room to sleep in, this may do, but don't expect services. It's a single-storey terrace house in a residential neighborhood that's been turned into budget rooms, not anything like what you'd find in London. The area already has narrow roads, and cars parked along the curb make it feel risky to leave your vehicle in what would otherwise be shared neighborhood space. I'm not sure why this is allowed when there are shoplots converted into budget lodging nearby, some of which are decent enough to be called hotels.

The floor was sticky, and both the room and toilet were small. The place didn't look like the photos. I wouldn't recommend it for a family or a couple.

The air-conditioning worked well, and the toilet's water pump was good too. A nice place to stay for one person or a couple. Good job.
