I’ve lived here since 2023. The old management was okay, but the new one is so slow, incompetent, and downright dumb. Email is their only and main way to communicate, yet they don’t reply. Nobody picks up the phone, and when someone finally does, they’re so rude, haha. I paid all my bills, but they suddenly sent my landlord a statement saying I hadn’t paid. When I called to check, it took 2-3 hours just to get them on the phone, like I have no life. Lately, they haven’t acknowledged payments or sent bill payment receipts. No email replies, nothing, but the bills still show an outstanding amount. How ridiculous? HIRE BETTE PEOPLE THAT CAN ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB RIGHT!!! TENANTS HERE WE PAY RENT!!

The electrical maintenance never ends, and this time it was worse. It went on for 2 weeks back to back, sometimes until 7am. Do we not need sleep? Construction opposite Block H adds noise that never stops and can get overwhelming. The parking area is flooded, and it smells. This place is very poorly maintained. Another power shutdown today. It’s happened so many times. This place is unbelievable.

We only stopped briefly to drop someone off and didn’t intend to park. Even so, we were charged RM7 for parking.

It’s quiet here, but service is lacking because it’s an apartment. It would be better if they fixed the gym and swimming pool for all the tenants.

Renting a 1600 rm house, but be aware the electricity and water bills can jump to 500 rm. Even if you pay the full amount on time and have proof of the transaction, they still charge overdue fees and show an outstanding bill. At this price, it’s not worth putting up with a run-down building with no gym or swimming pool. The lift always sounds like it could drop at any time, there’s no light in the common corridor, and sewage water sometimes floods the car park.
