56 Hotel

We spent three nights here and found the room spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, the shower had strong hot water, and the WiFi was fast. Check-in was quick, and the front desk helped us arrange taxis. The pool was well maintained. An outstanding hotel!

The name may not sound glamorous, but the hotel has good facilities and friendly, impeccable service. There are food and drink options nearby, and the city centre is about 10 minutes away. The room was spacious and had all the amenities, including a safe and an in-room streaming service. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was underwhelming. We arrived late, but they kept replenishing the food, which we appreciated. The green siobee was cold inside when it was refilled in the steam cabinet, and the other dishes were mediocre. The rooms were otherwise clean and comfortable, though the TV channels were limited and the available ones seemed to have ants in them 😂. We had booked an event in Block B while staying in A, and there was no proper covered walkway between the blocks. We had to watch out for vehicles on the way back.

There was a cockroach in the living area sink. I washed it away the night before, but it was back the next day. No idea if it was the same one or a whole new pack 😭. The cleaners mostly folded the blankets and duvet instead of properly cleaning, and they didn't empty the rubbish bin in our room.
