I paid in full for three nights and contacted the property before arriving to say I'd be checking in around 1:00-2:00 AM. I was driving more than 800 km from Miri to Kuching. They didn't respond to that request until I followed up, and even then they didn't answer it or tell me about any restrictions, penalties, or extra charges. After 2:00 AM, there was no receptionist. When I contacted the property, they said I was a “no-show” because I'd arrived after midnight. After that long drive, I had nowhere to stay and had to sleep in my car. I then had to go to work the next morning tired, unprepared, and without proper rest. When I came back the following day to check in, they refused to give me a room, saying my booking had been forfeited because I hadn't checked in the first night. I had paid for all three nights, but was denied accommodation and offered no refund. I believe a property should clearly explain its no-show policy and respond when guests notify it in advance of a late arrival. Instead my messages went unanswered, the booking was cancelled, and I lost both the room and the money I'd paid. I also asked Agoda for help. They told me this was a special request beyond their control, so they couldn't offer a solution or support. The poor communication, customer service, and refusal to work out a reasonable solution made this extremely frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend the property to anyone who may arrive late or need flexibility around check-in.

It was easy to check in, and the friendly, responsive host and staff made the stay pleasant from start to finish. The location was convenient and quiet, just right for unwinding after a long day. The bed was super comfortable and all the amenities were there, so it felt like home. Definitely worth the money. I'll be back, highly recommended! 5 Star for this place ! ✋🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had to switch rooms because there was a problem with the first one. The unit was missing towels and toilet paper until we told them, and the room was poorly maintained. The sheets and blanket were stained and dirty. When we asked for fresh ones, they said we could wait until tomorrow. The toilet had a pungent smell and the floor was dirty enough to leave our feet dirty. Housekeeping hadn't done its job properly, though they came quickly to lock one of the rooms. Housekeeping and management seemed to be asleep through the problems. They didn't fix anything and seemed to want to sweep it under the carpet. The saving grace was that the place is big, and there was one poor reception staff member facing us when we raised these issues. Very poor and lousy, avoid at all cost.

The toilet wasn't very hygienic, and the check-in process was inconvenient. Staff at reception acted unprofessionally and had a lousy attitude. They should have shared the video tutorial before we parked, since we ended up having to pay for parking. They told me the RM200 deposit would be returned within 48 hours, but it only came back after that timeframe and after I demanded it. They should also have given a receipt as proof of payment, but the staff didn't know anything about that.

Book at your own risk!! I messaged through both Agoda and WhatsApp and never got a response. I told them at least six hours in advance that my flight was delayed past midnight, but they didn't say nobody would be there and never replied afterward. Then they refused a refund. Scam alert!!
