The check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and the Wi-Fi usually stayed connected. I found the staff welcoming and happy to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and had the basics I needed. The hotel is handy for getting to nearby shops, restaurants, and local sights. Breakfast was good, although a little more variety would have been nice. I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back, for work or a trip.

There’s parking on site, though spaces are limited, and a vending machine in the lobby is handy. The reception staff were friendly, and the lobby itself looks nice. The rooms are decent for the price, with some recently renovated. The entrance to The Kebaya Story restaurant is through the lobby. Good value.

The bathroom had strong water pressure, and the water bidet was especially helpful for Muslim guests. I appreciated having the Qibla direction marked in the room, too. It was a simple, comfortable stay, with a clean room and the basic amenities. Alhamdulillah, I had a pleasant time here.

Easy to find, and not far from shopping areas. We had a pleasant family trip, with a spacious, clean, comfortable room and easy access to Asian food. The hotel staff were friendly and reliable, and I appreciated their help.

I stayed for five days, my first time at this hotel, and would be happy to come again. The room was tidy, clean, and well maintained, and those two pillows were just right for a good sleep. Things looked fine from the outside through to the front desk, where the staff were helpful and easy to approach.
