Le Nomade Hostel & Cafe

For the price, it’s what you’d expect, and the location makes it good value. The hostel is beside a really good bar called The Junk. The toilet water pressure is very weak, though, and the heater doesn’t work well.

The rooms were sort of clean, but there were no windows and it was boiling hot inside. Music from outside was so loud that I felt the vibration in my bed and couldn’t sleep all night. I’d never stay there again. It didn’t feel safe at all, and overall it’s a very poor place to stay.

I was in a hurry and needed somewhere to stay, so I called the number and booked online. The staff member gave me clear directions and was wonderfully friendly on the phone. She was just as warm in person, informative, humble, and talkative. This was three months ago, October 2, 2017.

I booked four nights but left after just one. The room was unclean, and the bathroom was so unhygienic. Music outside kept me awake, and I could hear guests in other rooms too. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
