The room was small, and the bed was very dirty. The fire alarm rang for no reason all night, so I couldn't sleep. Maintenance is very poor. I won't return to this hotel. The staff were poor, and the hotel felt unsafe because of the guests.

The food was tasty and well prepared, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. With its cozy feel, it works well for a relaxed meal or a celebration. Great service and a memorable dining experience.

The room felt dark, and the bedding wasn't clean. The sheets had yellow stains and the comforter was dirty. When I asked for fresh sheets, they brought clean ones, so it seemed they probably hadn't changed them after the previous guest. 🥲

The room is roomy for a budget hotel in Kch, and it felt clean and safe. Check-in was easy, with staff actively confirming and following up by phone and email. They take pride in their jobs. Even at 3 am, the night shift staff were still working and not asleep. Kudos.
