The room service was poor, and I was told changing the towel would cost rm 30. The room had terrible soundproofing too. I could hear children screaming and people talking in the next room, so there was no privacy at all. How can a hotel still get a 3 star rating with service this lousy? Trip . Com has a great, user friendly app, but the hotel also needs to be good enough for travellers to stay in.

The staff were friendly and security was great. The room was clean, and it was easy to adjust the air-conditioner. The bathroom was dry and clean, with hot water consistently available. There’s a lift, and breakfast and lunch are easy to find nearby. I had a great stay. ❤️👍🏻💯

This was my third stay at the hotel, and I’m never coming back. The night shift security guard kept insulting us over how we parked, telling us to park vertically when we had parked horizontally, and then saying the opposite. Are you trying to brainwash us? He acted like we were blind and had no brains. The hotel staff or manager should take immediate action about this guard. Otherwise, I’ll make a police report or complain to the ministry of tourism. This was the worst hotel I’ve visited in Malaysia. Thanks for the nightmare stay. 👍🏻🥰

Room 8323 had a quick, hassle free check-in. It felt warm at first, though the aircon worked fine after a few hours. The water pressure was low, but the room and toilet were clean, and the towels, hair dryer, shampoo, and bath gels were all good. The location is a big plus. It’s near the airport and within walking distance of One City Mall. It’s also convenient to get a Grab car or order Grab food. The staff weren’t as friendly or attentive as I expected, but they weren’t rude. Housekeeping, on the other hand, were very friendly, helpful, polite, and welcoming. The front desk staff could learn from them. We had a good stay.
