The restaurant has enough variety that I could enjoy the food over a longer stay. My room was clean, roomy, and well equipped, and the location worked perfectly for the business I needed to take care of nearby. I mentioned what I needed to housekeeping when I checked back in early this week, and they handled it impressively. Thanks to Tania for noticing and responding. It was a great stay.

I tried the Ramadhan Buffet to break my fast for the first time on 5th March 2026. The FOH staff were friendly and showed me to my seat, and the crew gave excellent service. There was a wide range of food, from Malay to Western dishes. I liked the Western options best, especially the tender, flavorful meat. The drinks were great too. A nice spot for breaking your fast during Ramadhan.

The meals were delicious, and the staff's recommendations really added to the dining experience. They were attentive and professional when we ordered, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The service exceeded what we expected. We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the warm hospitality.

Raia Hotel Kuching was a fantastic stay for me. It's conveniently close to the airport, though far from town. My room was clean and cozy, with four pillows on the bed. The staff were friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Mr Zaki, Ms Bibi & Mr Gilbert. I was very satisfied and will definitely come back.

We had our first buka puasa at the Kenyalang Restaurant, where the food selection was excellent and the f& b staff were friendly. Guest Assistant Manager Tania was especially helpful, attentive, and professional. Her service really made our day.
