Serapi Verdure Hotel

Worst receptionist I've ever met or known. I never thought a hotel worker would start an issue with an outsider or customer. Well done, serapi! 👍 You should train all your workers like the hotel I used to work with, instead of letting them work on their own!

It was new, clean, and very quiet, with a comfortable bed and pillow. The downsides were weak water pressure, no hair dryer, and only one access card. The air conditioning was too cold, and the WiFi was awful, slow and working only on and off.

At midnight, because their internet connection was poor, my card payment was declined and the customer was told to withdraw cash from an ATM and pay that way. Please fix the connection, this is really inconvenient in an emergency!!!!!!!!

There wasn't much in the way of basic room supplies, no toothbrush, toothpaste, or tissue. Still, the room and toilet were clean, the bed was neat and nice, and the towels were clean. Even the windows were surprisingly clean. It was comfortable enough for a short overnight stay.
