We had to argue for a while before getting any money back, and even then we didn’t get all of it. At first the man at reception said our room wasn’t available because the previous guest had extended their stay. Then he offered two other rooms, one with no window and another meant for one person, before asking us for more money to get the room we’d booked. He said Booking had tricked us with the wrong pictures and so on. The same thing happened to us as to other people. Horrible experience!

We booked through booking.coz and went there in the morning, before check-in time. They told us to come back after 13:30, so we left our bags. Then the manager said we had to pay more than the price we booked online or pay for baggage storage. 🤷🏽♀️ Nothing to say.

I booked through Agoda, but when I arrived the owner said they’d left all the booking websites and couldn’t give me a room. Then I was told I could get one if I paid a higher price. Don’t book through those websites.

Don’t come here. The price you booked through Agoda doesn’t cover the stay, and you have to pay again at the property. It’s just a tactic by that old man. You’ll regret booking a room here.
