I lost some important documents, which may have been accidentally thrown away by the cleaners. I told the staff, but nobody seemed concerned or tried to help resolve it. The bath gels weren’t replenished weekly, and when I mentioned that, nothing was done. There are virtually no food places nearby, and the location isn’t strategic. The person in charge also didn’t seem bothered when I needed help. Please train the front-line staff to assist guests.

The place was okay, but getting to the room was a hassle. You need a remote for the main gate, then have to use the back door. To reach the lift, you need to ring the bell or use a card, and another access card is needed for the door leading to the room entrance. Finally, there’s an ordinary key for the room itself. I couldn’t see any staff to ask for help. Sighed.
