The town location is really convenient, and the room was tidy, clean, and nice. The staff were so friendly and helped me with everything. Thanks, Global Hotel Labuan. I'll come back next time.

Being close to the ferry port, speed boats, and restaurants is handy. The air conditioning worked well and the rooms were clean, but the bathtub wasn't working properly, TV channels were limited, and things in the room looked old. Regular rates don't feel worth it, so I'd wait for a promotion.

The place looks dull and dated inside. Hotel management should put in some minor renovation work and make it feel brighter and fresher. It'd be nice to see its old glory brought back. Thanks.

I really regret staying here for quarantine. The cleanliness was 1/10, the food was terrible, especially for me as someone who prefers vegetarian food, and the toilet flush didn't work. Worst hotel I've stayed in.

The price is affordable and it's a nice place to stay, but room service came in to clean before checkout while all the tenants' belongings were still in the room.
