We stayed for two nights. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows, though the hotel itself feels old and the room could be better. There were no basic toiletries apart from a tiny soap, no toothbrush, shower cap, or shampoo. After the first night, room service took the soap and didn't replace it, so we had none on the second day. The air conditioner and water heater worked well, though they made a bit of noise. We enjoyed lunch at the food place right in front of the hotel.

The water heater and air conditioning weren't working very well, which was disappointing. The rooms feel dated and weren't very clean either. For the price, it's just okay at best. By Labuan standards, it's a little out of town, with not much nearby beyond a convenience store downstairs and a Malay restaurant next door. It could use a major makeover to keep up with the hotel industry.

For a one-night stay, it worked for me. We booked through Agoda without breakfast, and there was a nice view from up top. There's a hot shower, a small shop downstairs, and a restaurant or stall next to the hotel. The TV only had nine channels.

The bed was comfortable and the location was okay, but the toilet wasn't well maintained. As for breakfast, I'd skip it and walk 600 metres to Hap Juan Kopitiam instead.

Everything went well during our stay. Grab was easy to get, and there's a small shop next to the hotel. The toilet was clean, and service was quick, with staff handling our requests efficiently.
