It’s an okay option for a last-minute trip. The iron and board are broken, though still usable. There’s also a water issue: when the tank runs out, you have to wait a few minutes for them to refill it.

We paid RM90 with a voucher for two deluxe rooms for four guests, staying three days and two nights. Good value. The hotel is in a quiet residential shoplot area that feels like your own neighbourhood. No disco or club, rempit noise, or auto/moto workshops nearby. There’s easy free street parking. The hotel café is non-halal, and across the road there’s a breakfast warung open from 7am selling kuih, soto, lontong and more. The rooms were clean, with no bugs or ants. Toilet, towels, pillows, mirror, bed and mattress were all clean, and they provide tissues and a small bin. Staff were friendly. For checkout before 11am, reception isn’t available, so you send photos of the deposit receipt, your bank account number and the room condition by WhatsApp to the number provided. The RM50 per room deposit can be paid in cash or by online transfer and was refunded the same day. There’s CCTV along the room corridors, and you need an access card for the lobby and staircase. No ghost problems or strange noises. Water pressure was strong, the toilet flushed well, and the bathroom was clean and odor-free, with a water heater. They provided body shampoo and soap at check-in, and there are water stations near the stairs. The air conditioning was cold, and the basic TV channels were surprisingly clear. There’s no mini fridge or toothpaste.

The service and location were good, no problems there. The rooms are the issue. There was so much dust, especially under the bed when I pushed it aside. It looked like it had been there for years. Apart from that, things were good.

For this price, it wasn’t worth it. My stay was uncomfortable because cleanliness was seriously lacking. The air vents were dusty and dirty, the wall repair was unfinished, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. There were stains and grime around the base of the toilet. Basic hygiene and upkeep clearly weren’t being prioritized. I wouldn’t recommend staying unless they do a complete revamp.
